Bend Angles

Bends ranging from 12.7mm -152.4mm are held in stock quantities to be readily available and cover bend angles of 90°, 45° and 180°. Tees and reducers covering the popular sizes are also stocked.

Straight End Extension

A feature of the bends supplied by Carrington Products is the straight end extension, as nominated in AS 1528.3-2001, which allows the use of orbital welding equipment by the fabricator or installer .

Finishes

Fittings stocked are mill finish '2B' or polished to number 4 grit polish. Bends have a mill finish on the inside with the weld bead internally cold worked to ensure the weld profile is continuous and merges with the inner profile of the tube wall.
