CUSTOM ROLLING

If it’s rolling you need we have the knowledge and experience to make the most of our impressive range of machinery and tooling.

We can roll Tube and Pipe, Square tube, Solid bar, Flat bar, Angle and RHS in various metals and alloys.

Our machines can roll sizes ranging from 12mm to 101.6mm or ½ to 4 inch in the old scale.

While handrails and grabrails are the most common request we can also roll a variety of coils including pancake coils, spiral coils and concentric coils.

MANDEL BENDING

Carringtons offer mandrel tube and pipe bending to customers requirements with one of Australia’s largest range of mandrel bending tooling and machine capacities.

We bend Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Gal, Mild steel, Chrome Moly, Duplex, Titanium Alloy.

Our machines can bend tube/pipe from 9.53 mm to 203.2mm or 3/8 to 8 inch in the old scale.

We’ll source and supply or bend Customers material.
With our knowledge and experience in the industry we can bend to your drawings, sketches, templates or samples.

We aim to provide the best quality and quick turn around for all jobs ranging from small one off bends to large ongoing contracts.

HANDRAIL & HANDRAIL ACCESSORIES

Our capabilities when it comes to handrails are extensive. We will roll and bend rails to your dimensions, drawings or templates.

To compliment them we carry and supply a broad range of accessories for Handrails in Stainless Steel, Brass and Pipe. Our range includes:-

Tube Cutting and Scalloping

We have the facilities to cut tube and pipe to lengths that suit your requirements. We ensure all cuts are square and all burrs removed ready for application. We can also scallop tube ends to make welding onto round tube easier. We can supply tube cut to your handrail size/height with one end scalloped ideal for uprights on handrails.

Tube and Pipe Polishing

We can polish (linish) Stainless Steel Tube and Round bar sized from 10mm to 76mm and Pipe sized from 8NB to 65 NB to a No. 4 Satin finish.

Qualified Experienced Toolmaker and Workshop

Though our range of tooling is extensive, if we don’t have the radius your looking for, we can make tooling to suit your requirements and our machines.

Other services we offer include Powder coating, Polishing and Chrome plating.
